About Me
I supervise therapists who want to get comfortable with the hard stuff. I bring more than a decade of therapeutic work across hospitals, community mental-health agencies, multi-service sites, universities, and private practice — including leading a team of psychotherapists, social workers, and social service workers at a community hub serving survivors of gender-based violence. Core areas: foundations of trauma-informed care, the neurobiology of trauma, trauma processing, somatic and parts-based approaches, and helping clinicians move past feeling “stuck.”

Approach to Supervision
I enjoy working with early-career clinicians building steadiness and confidence in meeting trauma in the therapy room, and with providers navigating high-risk and complex cases — suicidality, mandated reporting, safety planning. Nothing your clients bring will rattle me, and my job is to make sure it stops rattling you too.
In Ontario, I support members of the OCSWSSW, the CRPO, and other colleges building psychotherapy skills. I meet all CRPO requirements for supervising RP(Qualifying) registrants, including the 30+ hour coursework requirement. My style: knowledgeable but playful. Supervision should be the hour in your week where you exhale, not the one you rehearse for.
