About Me
I’m a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist in private practice, offering clinical supervision to early-career and developing therapists who want a supportive, thoughtful space to grow. My work focuses on helping clinicians build confidence, strengthen their clinical decision-making, and develop a grounded sense of their own therapeutic style.
I bring a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming lens to supervision, with a particular interest in complex trauma, and supporting therapists in integrating creativity and practicality into their practice. Supervision with me is collaborative, relational, and gently challenging in a way that supports both clinical skill-building and sustainability in the work.

Approach to Supervision
My approach to supervision is warm, relational and collaborative. I work from a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lens, supporting therapists to feel more grounded in who they are rather than trying to fit a narrow idea of what a “good clinician” should look like. I specialize in supporting early-career therapists and those working with complex trauma and neurodivergent clients, drawing on trauma-processing frameworks that emphasize regulation, resourcing, and phased work with trauma.
Supervision with me is reflective, collaborative, and practical, with space for both complexity and uncertainty. Sessions typically include case consultation, attention to the therapist’s internal responses, and support in tracking nervous system activation in the clinical work.
I especially enjoy working with therapists who are still finding their voice and want a supervision experience that feels supportive, creative, and genuinely encouraging while still helping them grow into confident, thoughtful practitioners.
Supervisees often leave with greater clinical confidence, a clearer sense of their therapeutic identity, and more ease in navigating complex presentations while staying connected to themselves in the work.
