About Me

As a clinician with mixed roots including Haudenosaunee, German & Metis ancestry, I work from a decolonized, human-first mindset. With over 15 years of experience, I walk alongside individuals as they navigate complex trauma, rebuild right relations with loved ones, and explore identity and reconnection.

My work draws from EMDR, Narrative Therapy, somatic approaches, and systems perspectives, using a two-eyed seeing lens that honors both Indigenous and Western ways of knowing.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother of two, a partner, a sister, an aunty, and a daughter. I find grounding in time outdoors and through expressive movement, which I see as a form of medicine and connection. I believe healing happens in relationship — with self, others, community, land, and story.

Approach to Supervision

My approach to supervision mirrors my clinical practice — reflective, relational, and rooted in cultural humility. I see supervision as a space of mutual learning and accountability, where supervisees can explore their clinical identities, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen integrity in their work. I support clinicians in cultivating their own voice and embodied presence, encouraging curiosity, critical reflection, and compassion in the face of complexity. Together, we look at the intersections of personal and systemic influences that shape practice, using a decolonized and wholistic lens that values both Indigenous and Western ways of knowing. I strive to create supervision relationships that are collaborative and grounded, where growth is supported through authenticity, playfulness, and care.
