About Me
With over 10 years in the field, I have worked with adults, couples, families and children in both private and public sector roles. I am blessed to fulfill a role everyday that allows my clients and supervisees to speak their realities, experiences and thoughts to me, with trust and confidence. I am driven by my faith and family roles, as a Christian, wife and a mother. I enjoy sports (especially hockey), animals (my dogs name is Chewbacca), and time with my family.

Approach to Supervision
I provide an integrative and non-judgmental space for my supervisees to discover their own therapeutic approach. I am passionate about providing effective supervision that allows the supervisee to feel comfortable discussing concerns and triumphs. I work cooperatively with my supervisees to develop the most reasonable next steps for cases and/or questions.
