Michelle Crozier, BSW, MSW, RSW

I am a Queer (she/they) Registered Social Worker (MSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. My professional background includes providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, groups, and families. I have worked as a therapist within a range of community-based organizations, including Community Living, The Jean Tweed Centre, YWCA Toronto, Elizabeth Fry Toronto, and the Canadian Mental Health Association.

I have been practicing in private practice since 2019, with a focus on queer-affirming therapeutic care for people healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, and exploring experiences related to identity and belonging.

I offer clinical consultation and supervision tailored to the needs of individuals, groups, and organizations seeking to strengthen clinical skills, build capacity, and support sustainable practice. I am particularly passionate about supporting therapists who want to deepen their skills and confidence in working with trauma, relationships, and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients. I am also deeply interested in helping emerging clinicians develop a practice that feels authentic to who they are, while remaining grounded in ethical, thoughtful, and intentional clinical work.
