About Me
I’m Phe (fee)- I’m a queer, biracial, genderqueer, Registered Psychotherapist and CRPO-qualified Clinical Supervisor for Mental Health Professionals within Ontario who primarily support diverse individual therapy participants 16 years and up. I mainly work within Internal Family Systems (IFS) while integrating therapy approaches from Affirmative, Systems-centered and Narrative.
I’m an Approved Practicum Supervisor by Yorkville’s MACP program and available to provide external supervision.

Approach to Supervision
My main focus is creating a strong relational base where you can feel comfortable, supported, and not so alone- I'm with you every step of the way. Our meetings will typically flow organically, primarily led with what you'd like to get out of our meetings, checking in with your SEUS, and any intentions you've set out to achieve. In our meetings you'll find me in flux from: teacher, colleague, consultant, mentor, listener, co-conspirator and learner.
