My main focus is creating a strong relational base where you can feel comfortable, supported, and not so alone.

Our meetings will typically flow organically, primarily led with what you'd like to get out of our meetings, checking in with your SEUS, and any intentions you've set out to achieve.

In our meetings you'll find me in flux from: teacher, colleague, consultant, mentor, listener, co-conspirator and learner.

My hope is that we will both be open to: feeling, making mistakes, questioning, unlearning, and relearning, while being: human, accountable, political, vulnerable and most importantly, being ourselves.

The therapy approaches that I work within are IFS, Affirmative, Systems-Centered and Narrative. We may also be a good fit if you're into:

Acknowledging and working with the intersectionality of your therapy participants.
Externalizing shame and guilt by bringing light to systemic oppression and violence.
Taking accountability and responsibility for how we maintain oppressive systems while also looking at how we can reduce harm while working within the mental health industrial complex.
