Queer, childfree & neurodivergent. I am the founder of Kristen Hydes Counselling and have a small team of therapists, we all practice from an intersectional feminist lens and are passionate about challenging systems of oppression. I am a dog mom, auntie & partner. I live in Penticton, BC and see clients in BC and Ontario virtually. When I am not working, I am enjoying my latest feminist club book, trashy reality tv, swimming in the lake, being in nature or attempting my latest interest fixation (horsebackriding last month, macrame this month!).
