About Me

I’ve been in private practice since 2016 and have worked in probation and parole, and with EAPs.

I am trauma-informed and have experience with individuals, couples and families in solution-focused brief therapy. I am also trained in sex education and through Rainbow Health I have familiarized myself with LGBTQAI+ issues, and have worked with poly individuals.

Being a supervisor with ADHD, I welcome neurospicy supervisees and will work to make sessions as comfy as possible. I interject humour where appropriate and have a more casual, down-to-earth demeanour. I am able to be flexible in my scheduling so if we meet and we feel it’s a good fit I can arrange a time that suits us both. I presently work with 2 EAP’S and have my own private practice clients. Approach to Supervision

I use the developmental model approach to supervision and have a casual, down-to-earth demeanour. We work with whatever stage you're at and improve as we go along. I will be using a solution-focused approach in my sessions and in how I communicate about cases that are presented.
