Approach to Supervision

In supervision, I aim to create a supportive space where we can talk openly about both your successes and the challenges you're facing. I can provide guidance on topics such as informed consent, confidentiality, working within a circle of care, and managing transference and countertransference. I can also help with setting healthy boundaries, engaging hesitant clients, setting goals, and navigating endings in therapy. I use a competency-based approach, believing in collaboration and always holding space for you when needed. My goal is to help you grow as a clinician while feeling supported every step of the way. At the moment, I do not have any active dyadic or group supervision sessions. However, if you know of others who may be interested in joining you, I would be happy to offer dyadic supervision or a group of up to 4 supervisees.
