I’m an Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and a deep understanding of how mental health challenges impact daily functioning, identity, and quality of life. I support both clients and therapists in navigating complex clinical presentations with clarity, and compassion. I have nearly a decade of clinical experience in mental health hospital settings (inpatient psychiatry, PHP and residential care). Additionally, I have 7 years experience as a private practice owner. Some of these years, I was a group private practice owner with clinical associates.  My clinical work at this time is 100% solo private practice.
