I welcome the opportunity to work with members of the 2SLGBTQA+ community.

Catherine believes Mental Health is a journey and we that we all have unique stories, full of opportunity and growth. Catherine believes in a strength-based and client-centred approach to therapy and she strives to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where every client is heard and understood. I believe that individuals are unique and so are their challenges. You are the expert of your own lives, and I am here to walk alongside you when you may need that little bit of extra help on your journey of healing and growth.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative, and Solution-Focused approaches.
