About Me
I am a Clinical Supervisor for Qualifying and Registered Psychotherapists with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and additionally a Supervisor for the Canadian Association of Couple and Family Therapy (CACFT). I offer virtual, individual, dyadic, and group supervision (Reflective Groups). These groups are designed to build meaningful community with fellow participants as an added resource to personal self-care practice, build inner confidence in practice, while balancing therapeutic humility in the face of working with people in their suffering.
They offer time allowance to share our experiences surrounding our work, our lives, and the social and environmental settings of our practice in community.

Anjali is committed to fostering an environment of trust that serves as the foundation for growth, reflective groups co-create a learning space where you along with fellow therapists can foster relationships in community as you grow both personally and professionally in the supervision space. This allows us to explore the complexities of individual experience. It has been proven to enrich, and enliven professional practice. A collegial space for conversations about intersectionality of the human experience and growth in our conversations across differences. Each group is unique in its character and composition. And care it taken to support each to evolve and grow.
