Clinical supervisor who fosters reflective, relational practice rooted in cultural humility, compassion, and two-eyed seeing. Over 15 years of experience specializing in complex trauma.
As a clinician with mixed roots including Haudenosaunee, French, and German ancestry, I work from a decolonized, human-first mindset. With over 15 years of experience, I walk alongside individuals as they navigate complex trauma, rebuild right relations with loved ones, and explore identity and belonging. My practice is informed by EMDR, Narrative Therapy, somatic approaches, and systems work, using a two-eyed seeing lens that honors both Indigenous and Western ways of knowing.
As a supervisor, I strive to create spaces that are reflective, grounded, and relational. I support clinicians in developing their own voice and integrity in practice, encouraging curiosity, cultural humility, and embodied awareness. My approach to supervision mirrors my clinical work—collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in compassion and accountability.
