My supervision approach is informed by training in Attachment Based Approaches and EMDR. I take a trauma-informed approach. I am a College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Yorkville University approved supervisor. I like to use the concepts of troubles and triggers to direct supervision and tend to have a less structured approach. I like to work with you to find out how you can improve your skills to best serve your clients.
